How to make the perfect wedding cake.

After years of working for the top hotels in Hawai'i, the capital of the wedding industry, I have mastered techniques and designs for high-quality wedding cakes.

Teaching how to create each cake from scratch with great ingredients and easy-to-learn techniques, is what I do best. 

The cakes I have tailored have been part of many celebrations since I started in the industry at the young age of 14, and it truly gives me great joy to share my knowledge with others.
