I started my career as a toddler when my Mom would invite me into the kitchen to bake with her.
Eventually, I traveled to New York to attend the International Culinary Center, now part of the Institute of Culinary Education, and the experience completely blew new my mind up.
I have dedicated my life to creating new recipes and cake designs.
I have worked for the top hotels for Hilton, Marriot, and Relais & Chateaux, and I am so grateful for the love and everything I learned in their pastry kitchens.
